Rob Coe
Rob Coe is Director of Research and Development at Evidence Based Education and Senior Associate at the Education Endowment Foundation. He was previously Professor of Education and Director of the Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring (CEM) at Durham University, UK, and, before that, a secondary mathematics teacher.


Ji Han
Ji Han, Associate Director, School Evaluation & Development Council of International Schools (CIS) Ji’s professional journey has included positions as Director of Curriculum, Principal, classroom teacher and educational consultant in many schools and countries around the world.


Joseph Kotarski
Drawn to NEASC because of his passion for school transformation, Joe joined the NEASC team in 2024. He brings over a decade of experience in the Middle East and North Africa, where he served as Head of School and Director of Education, overseeing three newly opened schools. pedagogical research and practices.


Rémy Lamon
Rémy is Senior IB World Schools Manager. The department was established in 2017 to support authorised schools in delivering quality education. The two leading roles of this department are to be the voice of schools within the IB, advocating for their needs, and to evaluate schools in a supportive manner, creating development opportunities for each school.


Liz Pemberton
Liz Pemberton (she/her) is the Director of The Black Nursery Manager Ltd, a training and consultancy company specialising in anti-racist practice in Early Years education.


Matthew Savage
Architect of The Mona Lisa Effect®, Matthew Savage is an internationally respected educational consultant, speaker and former school leader, whose work explores the nexus of wellbeing and DEIB in schools, through a range of radical new ways of knowing.


Chris Smith
Chris is a K-12 Learning & Innovation Coach at the American Community School of Abu Dhabi. He helps school leaders and educators make sense of their data by turning it into information that informs effective decision-making.
