SGIS COLLABORATIVE LEARNING GROUPS

Creating opportunities for collaboration and connection

SGIS Collaborative Learning Groups have been developed to deliver the mission of SGIS, they actively support the continuous improvement of member schools by creating opportunities for collaboration and connection. The groups are an opportunity for groups of educators, teachers, staff and administrators to come together to share, promote and collaborate in professional development opportunities.

Each year SGIS allocates funds to support a number of professional development groups that operate within the SGIS schools community.

SGIS PAST ANNUAL CONFERENCES

Build connections and networks with teachers and school leaders

Each year, SGIS brings together Swiss international schools for our annual conference, which provides both a learning opportunity and an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues from other SGIS schools.

Below please find the past SGIS conferences. You will see a gap between 2019-2023, as SGIS had to cancel the in-person conferences in 2020, 2021 and 2022 in response to the pandemic. However, in 2021, we were able to offer instead a ‘Spring Forum’ spread out over a multi-week period with a collection of inspiring workshops for educators, leaders and administrators.
