Kamran Baig holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, a PGCE, and an MA in Educational Leadership and Management. He has been part of international education for almost 30 years, holding various leadership positions in schools with the US, IB, and UK international school curricula.

He has also been an IB school visitor and workshop leader. He is currently undertaking research into Artificial Intelligence readiness in education as part of his PhD studies at the University of Bath, UK. In 2024, he was awarded the International School Leader of the Year (Europe) at the Pearson Edexcel International Educators Awards.
