ABOUT THE POSITION
Director of Finance and HR Administration (Directeur/Directrice des Finances et de l’Administration RH)
As the school continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced financial professional with strong administrative skills to take on the role of Director of Finance and HR Administration, ensuring robust financial management and full compliance with Swiss law, including the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Reporting directly to the School Director, the Director of Finance and HR Administration is responsible for all aspects of the school’s financial strategy, management, and reporting. The post holder also oversees HR administration, including contracts, payroll, and staff insurances.
This is a senior operational role requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on management of day-to-day finance and compliance matters.
