Building Inclusive Schools: Embedding DEIJ for Lasting Impact

Friday Morning and Afternoon Sessions

In a world that is more diverse than ever, are our schools truly equipped to support and uplift the whole child - especially those children with the most vulnerable and underrepresented identities? Schools are complex systems, and ensuring that our structures foster belonging and equity is a critical task for educators today.

Join us for a thought-provoking session designed to help you explore how Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) can become deeply embedded within your school community. Together, we will examine data on diversity in schools and reflect on strategies that can create more inclusive and equitable environments.

This session offers a blend of lecture, interactive participation, and reflective activities to ensure you leave with both inspiration and practical tools. Come and connect with peers, share insights, and commit to taking concrete actions that bring your DEIJ efforts to life. Whether you're just beginning your DEIJ journey or looking for ways to deepen your impact, this session will empower you to help create schools where every identity is affirmed and everyone belongs.

Don’t miss out on this transformative conversation.
