Niki is a Senior Consultant at OCME, where she partners with teachers and school leaders to develop inclusive, research-informed practices to support multilingual learners. With expertise in EAL provision, home language programming, student wellbeing, and educational leadership, she brings 27 years of experience in international education. OCME is guided by a whole-school, whole-hearted approach that fosters belonging, equity, and academic success for all students. Beyond her professional role, Niki is a PhD candidate (University of Chester, UK) and trainee art psychotherapist (Metàfora Art Therapy School, Spain) deepening her interest in the connections between multilingualism, wellbeing, and creativity.
