ABOUT THE POSITION


With the current Head departing after two successful terms, Neuchâtel is seeking its next Head of School to take this exceptional school to the next level of excellence. Based in Neuchâtel, the Head will oversee all aspects of school academics and operations. The Head ensures cohesion between recruitment and admissions, the academic program, student life, and advancement and alumni relations.


The Head will bring leadership, operational skills, and an innovation mindset to continue to advance the academic program and forge new partnerships, ensuring a world-class educational experience for all students. Adventurous in spirit and caring in nature, the Head’s commitment to student life will ensure Neuchâtel continues to be a life changing experience for students. Possessing good judgement and being highly relational will be important to maintain the joyful environment that is Neuchâtel. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to converse comfortably in French (or be willing to gain facility in French).
