Meeting Mayhem Makeover: Turning Mundane into Memorable!

Nancy Lhoest-Squicciarini

Head of the Middle Leader Certificate at the Educational Collaborative for International Schools (ECIS)

06 March, 10.00 - 13.00

“Know your audience and be humble in recognising that a burning subject for you may not be uppermost in the minds of the team! Once you balance that in your preparation – approach the meeting accordingly to get the best out of everyone and to meet your own needs” - Jane Mitchell, Founder JL&M, Director at Karian and Box

In this three-hour workshop, participants will explore the fundamental elements that contribute to running effective meetings, fostering engagement and productivity. Next, gain an understanding of the “facilitator’s mind-set”, emphasizing the balance between empathy, strategy, and action, captured in the Heart, Head, and Hands approach. Also learn to appreciate and celebrate the diverse profiles of meeting participants, recognizing the unique value each brings to collaborative discussions. Get ready for a dynamic session packed with engaging activities, storytelling, and open conversations. This workshop encourages active participation and promises a lively atmosphere full of fun and valuable connections!
