ABOUT THE POSITION


We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and inspiring Boarding / Pastoral Support Officer (20-25%) to start in February 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the well-being, personal development and day-to-day care of our boarding students, working closely with Houseparents and the wider pastoral team. Experience of working with young people in a boarding school setting is necessary, along with a genuine commitment to pastoral care and safeguarding. An understanding of, and interest in, contributing to the development of pastoral practices, processes and initiatives relevant to an international boarding school environment are essential.
