ABOUT THE SCHOOL


The Institut Montana is a fully accredited Swiss international day and boarding school in the heart of Switzerland. Founded in 1926, our school is dedicated to academic excellence and provides ideal conditions for approximately 380 students from over 50 nations to develop into healthy, ethically minded individuals. We place particular emphasis on fostering intellectual, physical, and emotional growth both inside and outside the classroom.


Montana offers a variety of academic programs that combine the best of Swiss and internationally recognized curricula for grades 1 through 12. This includes the bilingual primary school (German/English), the bilingual secondary school (lower secondary), the Swiss Gymnasium (monolingual/bilingual), and the International School, which offers the CLSP, IGCSE, HSD, and IB DP.



ABOUT THE POSITION


The R.I.S.E. Coach plays a key role in unlocking student potential through personalized, structured learning support. Working closely with students, teachers, boarding staff, and families, the coach provides targeted academic coaching designed to build confidence, independence, and effective learning strategies.


R.I.S.E. supports students with diagnosed learning needs, those requiring structured academic guidance, and learners seeking to strengthen their study habits and self-management skills.
