ABOUT THE POSITION
In this key role, you will be part of the joint management team and bear financial responsibility for the school.
Your responsibilities – What you will achieve with us
Operational management: Operational implementation of the defined strategic goals and economic management of the Ecole d'Humanité.
Financial & administrative management: Responsibility for finances, accounting, and administrative processes, including regulatory requirements and operating permits.
Human resources management: Decision-making authority in personnel matters in consultation
with the educational leadership.
Real estate management: Maintenance of school buildings and coordination with owners and authorities.
Communication & networking: Exchange with authorities, institutions, and external stakeholders as well as representing the school.
Leadership responsibility: Ensuring efficient processes within the administrative area and interdisciplinary collaboration with other school departments.
Your Profile – What You Bring
Completed business studies or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a management position with financial responsibility
Sound knowledge of financial management, business administration, and administration
Leadership skills with a clear, empathetic, and assertive leadership style
Strong ability to build consensus in co-leadership and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in working with authorities and external parties
