ABOUT THE POSITION
Section Heads lead a vibrant team of monitors and take charge of either our Junior, Teen, or Senior campers. They inspire their crew to unleash their creativity and leadership, making sure everyone—monitors and campers alike—are having fun while fulfilling their responsibilities. Our Summer Camp staff are enthusiastic, upbeat, and motivated, and above all, they love sharing their amazing spirit of fun with the kids!
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Lead camp monitors by setting a positive example and providing ongoing support to enhance performance
Organize and oversee the daily camp plan, ensuring activities are coordinated and staff are prepared
Supervise daily activities to engage campers and maintain safety while monitoring camp monitors
Serve as the main communication point between monitors of your section and camp management, addressing concerns efficiently
Delegate tasks effectively and solve problems to empower staff and foster a positive camp environment
Guide groups of children through activities, promoting teamwork, creativity, and well-being
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum age of 24, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency
Prior experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (8-17 years old)
Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management
Good organizational and time-management skills
Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus
Skilled in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs
Demonstrates leadership, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress
Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity
Experience working in multicultural environments
Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups
