ABOUT THE POSITION


Are you ready to bring energy and creativity to this summer? As an Entertainment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Head and Deputy Head of Entertainment in delivering engaging evening activities and Sunday games for campers aged 8 to 17. 


In this dynamic position, you’ll help prepare and run a variety of fun events, lead activities with enthusiasm, and contribute fresh ideas to the entertainment programme. Your involvement will help create a lively, positive atmosphere that makes every moment on campus unforgettable. If you’re excited to inspire joy, teamwork, and memorable experiences, we’d love to hear from you!


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

  • Support the Entertainment leadership in planning and running evening activities, free-time events, and Sunday games

  • Help set up, organise, and ensure smooth, safe execution of all entertainment events

  • Actively lead and animate events, encouraging participation and creating a fun atmosphere

  • Contribute creative ideas and assist with logistics (materials, setup, timing, transitions)

  • Collaborate with the Entertainment team and monitors to ensure communication and coordination, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment

  • Help manage minor issues and keep all entertainment areas safe and tidy

 

YOUR PROFILE

 Minimum age 18, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

  • Experience in camps, youth work, entertainment leadership, or activity facilitation is an asset

  • Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and teenagers

  • Strong team player with solid communication skills

  • Well-organized, reliable, and able to manage time efficiently while staying positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable leading groups, taking initiative, and contributing creative ideas

  • Experience in multicultural environments is appreciated
