ABOUT THE POSITION


Are you ready to make a difference this summer? As the Deputy Head of Entertainment, you will work alongside the Head of Entertainment to create engaging activities for campers aged 8 to 17. In this exciting role, you’ll ensure daily schedules run smoothly, lead activities

when needed, and motivate a passionate entertainment team. Your leadership will foster a positive environment, enhancing the camp experience for everyone. If you’re eager to inspire joy and creativity, we want to hear from you!


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

 

  • Assist the Head of Entertainment in developing and overseeing camp activities

  • Ensure effective coordination and execution of all entertainment programmes

  • Motivate and support the entertainment team to enhance creativity and performance

  • Lead activities and manage the team in the Head’s absence

  • Serve as the primary communication link between the entertainment team and monitors

  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during activities, ensuring a positive environment for campers

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency

  • Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination

  • Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus

  • Demonstrates positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress

  • Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity

  • Experience working in multicultural environments
