ABOUT THE POSITION

Are you energised by human connection, international travel, and the opportunity to help families find the right school for their child? At Beau Soleil, the role of Admissions Manager is about far more than handling enquiries - it’s about building relationships, inspiring confidence, and creating a warm, lasting first impression of our school.

No two days are the same. One moment you may be answering a parent’s first question; the next, welcoming a family on campus or preparing for an event that brings our global community together. From initial contact to the pupil’s first day, you’ll accompany each family with care and professionalism.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across academic and boarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for every new student. You’ll also represent Beau Soleil around the world, sharing what makes our school so distinctive with families and educational consultants. This role involves frequent international travel, often at short notice and during intense, high-paced trips.

Fluent in English and French, and ideally Russian too, you bring warmth, initiative and clarity to your role. You understand that every application carries with it a story - and you’re ready to help shape its next chapter.

This isn’t just a role - it’s a chance to open doors, build bridges across cultures, and help young people begin an extraordinary journey.

HOW TO APPLY

Applications should be made via Beau Soleil recruitment website and should contain a CV, letter of application and the details of two professional referees.

Successful short listed candidates will be contacted straight away with initial discussions conducted remotely by telephone or video call.
