ABOUT THE POSITION
General Description
The Associate Director of Admissions is a key role within the Admissions Team, ensuring that prospective families enjoy an exceptional admissions journey, from their initial enquiry to their arrival on campus.
This role demands a high level of collaboration and teamwork, requiring close coordination with the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Team and all other support and teaching staff.
The Associate Director of Admissions is based in Switzerland and is expected to travel globally to attend Aiglon recruitment events and functions, meeting with prospective parents and promoting the School.
The Associate Director of Admissions must ensure that the needs and interests of students and families are central to all decisions made by the Admissions Team, understand the School’s Guiding Principles and uphold the ethos of the School at all times.
