Allison Ochs is an American-Swiss author, licensed social worker, and international speaker on adolescent wellbeing in the digital age. Over more than a decade she has worked with 70,000+ students, parents, and educators worldwide, building her practice around the real, unscripted questions young people actually ask. She is the founder of EDIT Change Management and EDIT Books, an affiliated consultant with the Council of International Schools, and the author of Would I Have Sexted Back in the 80s? (Amsterdam University Press, 2019). She also co-hosts three interlinked podcasts - Dear Tween, Dear Teen, and Don't Tell My Parents - offering free, honest guidance to families navigating adolescence together.
