ABOUT THE POSITION
The Head of House is a residential, middle leadership role with responsibility for the effective running of a boarding house and the development of its culture, routines, and relationships. In addition to day-to-day operational oversight, each Head of House leads on a strategic area of whole-boarding development. This role is key to delivering high standards of care and supervision aligned with the ethos and expectations of Collège du Léman. Heads of House also ensure their team provides a structured, supportive, and safe environment for all students. Each HoH is expected to undertake the duties and responsibilities of a House Parent as described in the relevant role description. They are required to reside in one of the allocated boarding house apartments.
