ABOUT THE POSITION
General Description
A houseparent at Aiglon College enters into a fast-paced leadership role central to our school’s vibrant international boarding community. A houseparent is responsible for students’ holistic care, welfare and character development within one of our ten boarding houses.
This includes leading a dedicated house team, fostering a positive environment, inspiring a community of young people and upholding the school’s values and policies. A houseparent also has teaching responsibilities and engages actively in school life.
The houseparent lives on campus in the boarding house. Houseparent apartments are suitable for families. They have dedicated living and dining areas, with access through the house main entrance.
