ABOUT THE POSITION
Teacher of Japanese with a Boarding Residential Role
We seek to appoint an inspiring first-language speaker of Japanese able to teach the literature programme at the IB to first-language speakers of Japanese. The ideal candidate will be both a qualified and experienced teacher of Japanese as a first language. IBDP experience would be an advantage. The number of periods will depend on demand and the teacher will give one-on-one lessons of 45 minutes in person. A strong level of English is required.
This position also includes a Boarding Residential Role, requiring the candidate to take on pastoral responsibilities within the school’s boarding community.
