The Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz is an international boarding school with a history stretching back over 120 years, located near St. Moritz in the heart of the scenic Engadin valley (Switzerland). 190 boarders from around the world and 110 local day students study at our school for the Swiss Matura, the iGCSE, the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP) and the International Career-Related Programme (IBCP).

We are currently looking for an

Admission Manager (80-100%)

Start date: Beginning of January 2022 or upon availability

Job Description:

  • Handles telephone and written inquiries, communicates with interested parents, students and agents  
  • Conducts interviews and school tours
  • Organizes trial stays, organizes and administers placement tests
  • Prepares comprehensive applicant dossiers and contracts
  • Systematically maintains acquisition networks
  • Plans, coordinates and participates in international education fairs as well as student acquisition trips
  • Ensures a high degree of accessibility and mobility


  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of education and/or communication and marketing
  • Experience in student acquisition or service delivery sector
  • Excellent verbal and written English and German, other languages an advantage
  • Strong analytical and excellent communicative skills
  • EU/EFTA citizenship
