Jonathan is currently in his second year as Principal of International School Zurich North. Prior to arriving in Switzerland he served Headships at North Bridge House in London and Dulwich College in Zhuhai, China. In the latter role he was also a member of the International Steering Committee, with a specific responsibility for University and College placement.

Particularly interested in curriculum innovation and teacher wellbeing, Jonathan has written and featured in articles for national and international media regarding his radical approaches to schooling, including a 10am school start for teenagers and a four day week for teachers.

Besides his undergraduate degree and teaching qualification, Jonathan also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Professional Practice and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership.


Mental Health First Aid Training

Everyone can provide mental health first aid!

In this two-day training, First-aiders are taught a basic knowledge of a range of mental illnesses and crises. In addition to theoretical knowledge, practical skills are practiced through interactive exercises and role-plays. With your newly acquired
skills you will make an important contribution to the quality of life of those around you. With your knowledge you can strengthen both your own mental health and that of others.
