Kim Kovacevic has worked at Le Rosey since his arrival in Switzerland in 2008 and he started his current role as Academic Head in 2019. He has coordinated five TEDx conferences and the first International Festival of Education which was held in June 2019.

He believes in collaboration between schools to share best practice in order to raise attainment and provide excellent education in the broadest sense of the word. Kim is particularly interested in ‘future proofing’ young people by looking at ways in which we can best prepare young people for uncertain and unpredictable futures. His two daughters are a constant reminder of how important this preparation is.
