Gregor will take you on a journey to what it takes being an entrepreneur in an new field, based on his experiences with his food truck. Further, he will explain how education has helped him along the way and he will answer the question, in what style entrepreneurship can be taught in a class room.

Gregor studied hotel management at César Ritz Colleges and gained a Master’s degree in destination management to complete his holistic view of the industry. He has experiences in various segments of hospitality as well as in corporate environments.
