Events & Partnership Manager

Reporting Structure:

  • Administration
  • Reports to the Directors

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Organise and plan events
  • Develop and manage partnerships
  • Establish and facilitate an association of alumni

Hierarchy, Work Environment and Fellow Workers:

  • Work in close collaboration with the Directors
  • Collaborate with the communication team and other persons within the school

Principal Duties:

  • Events
    - Organisation and planning of events in relation to education or of a commercial nature, on and off campus.
    • Partnerships:
    - Participate in the monitoring of existing partnerships.
    - Develop and extend school partnerships, be they on an educational, institutional or private level.
    - Showcase partnerships on communication media.
  • Alumni :
    - Set up and develop a society of former students which includes elements such as mutual support, networking, and important events.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

  • Training at a school of communication, business school or equivalent at university level.
  • Perfect command of written and spoken English and French, English mother-tongue an advantage.
  • High expertise in the use of IT tools

Events & Partnership Manager

  • Ease of communication, excellent team spirit and knowledge of local professional networks.
  • Strong interest in 21st Century education.

The present job description is to evolve, and adaptations will be made in particular in alignment with suggestions made by the Events & Partnerships Officer her/himself.
